Sometimes Chromium is lost from food in the refining or preserving process. This can lead to low levels of chromium in the diet. Chromium can activate the insulin-receptor to be more responsive to insulin present outside the cell. This can lower high-blood sugar. And may promote less headaches, better concentration, and more energy.
