Potassium supplement

In this blog, I discuss the classic Potassium supplement. It is a combination of potassium and iodine.

Potassium is a mineral. Guidelines encourage adults to consume 4.7 g of potassium daily.  Potassium deficiency creates muscle cramps in the arm leg or torso. Potassium has a role in heart-muscle and other-muscle contractions. Free-floating potassium is an electrolyte because it has a charge. Thus, potassium helps with nervous system signaling. It can also help the acid-base balance in one’s body.

Iodine is a chemical element. The human body needs iodine but is not able to produce it on its own. The thyroid gland relies on iodine to make hormones. Good functioning of iodine in the body leads to correct metabolism and good energy level.
